About This Event

 

Dogtober is family- and dog-friendly. In addition to an online and in-person silent auction, we will host costume contests for best dressed pet and best look-alike costumes, provide a dog activity area, and offer food and drinks.

 

Ticket prices are $25 per person in advance and $30 at the door. Tickets include food and non-alcoholic drinks. Speciality cocktails and other beverages will be available for purchase.

​Silent Auction Items

We are seeking product or service donations for the silent auction. Possible donations include gift cards for local businesses, arts and crafts, experiences (e.g. hotels or vacation home stays, cooking or art classes, spa services, etc.), sports or concert tickets, or food and wine.

If an in-kind donation isn’t possible at this time, monetary donations or event sponsorships are also greatly appreciated.

 

 

 

PAW Alliance works at the intersection of animal welfare and social justice. Our mission is to support a community where all pets and people have safe and loving homes. We offer two primary programs that enrich the lives of both animals and the people around them. New Leash In Life (NLOL), a prison dog training program, provides life skills for inmates through learning to train dogs, and the dogs they train learn skills to help them succeed with their families. New Start In Life (NSIL) provides temporary foster care for companion animals whose owners are fleeing domestic violence, which allows owners the peace of mind that their pets are well cared for while they find safety.

Dogtober is our annual fundraising event to support the on-going costs of these programs. Our primary costs are the daily and medical care of the animals in our care. Your involvement in PAW Alliance helps us achieve our vision of a world where all people and animals are safe and loved. PAW Alliance is a tax-exempt organization; our EIN is 82-2562731.
