​Gabby is an incredibly affectionate dog who bonds and loves her people! She is very smart, and has ACED all her training at the prison. House-trained, crate-trained, obedience with some advanced obedience, and nice on a leash. And she can RACE on the agility course.

She has a real willingness to please and a need for love. Her trainer has even taught her to "read" cues on a piece of paper to show off her training cues!

She got along very well with her three "prison fellow dog mates." She is distrustful of strange dogs, though, until she knows them and feels safe around them, so she needs a proper introduction to other dogs. 

​

In our description, we do say she's good with other dogs, and that's true once she knows them. She loves to play! But she does need careful, slow introductions to other dogs. After that, she'll be a good playmate.

Around two years old, she's approximately 42 pounds, but she firmly believes she WILL be able to fit in your lap.​
